Terms and conditions

General Terms and Conditions Off – Premises/distance Sales Gerochristo Jewelry (Wholesale and Retail Sales).

A. Product Returns

You have the right to request the return of product(s) purchased for eligible, unworn items within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must ship the product(s) to Patmou 4 Moschato 18345 Attiki, Greece and inform us at info@gerochristojewelry.gr of your decision to return product(s) and the shipment details by an unequivocal relevant statement. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the return of product(s) and shipment details before the withdrawal period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product(s). You must send back the product(s) without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate the exercise of your return right to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Returns of damaged or diminished in any way products that are due to the fault/misuse/error/omission of the consumer, will not be accepted. You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product(s).

All our products are unique, handmade items and, as such, there may be a slight variation in sizes and colors, but this is what makes them unique and valuable.

Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund

In case of a defective product(s) you may exercise either:

-. the right to return the product at our costs, or

-. to request a replacement product at our costs, or

-. To request a credit coupon to use the amount credited for a future purchase.

B. Effects of Product Return

If you dully exercise your right to product return, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are fully informed about your decision to return product(s). We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back in the same good condition that we shipped them, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

C. Order placing and processing

All our products are handmade and built to order with an average of five to fifteen (5 – 15) working days to ship them, starting from the day you have dully placed your order, including receiving/confirming payment.

D. Shipping Information, Costs & Delivery Estimates:

Greece: Easy Mail or Elta courier, 1-3 working days.

Europe: FedEx express or DHL, 1-5 working days.

Rest of the World:  FedEx express or DHL, 2 – 8 working days.

Shipment costs are NOT included in the prices and will vary according to the destination. We offer Free shipping for orders from 300€ and above.

Product(s) insurance is included in the Shipping costs.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Duties & taxes (if any) are NOT included in the prices and depend on the country of delivery.

We do not accept requests for shipments to Post Office Boxes (PO BOXES). Deliveries will only occur during working weekdays, from Monday to Friday.

Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays.

Summer Brake: During the 2^nd week of August until the 2^nd week of September each year (Summer Brake), no orders are processed. Any order placed during this period will be processed and executed in the following period.

From the time of delivery of the product(s) to the courier for shipment, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to the courier or any 3rd party collaborator.

E. Packaging Details

We individually wrap each item in your order with our signature GEROCHRISTO packaging. If it’s for you or for someone you love, each package will receive a beautiful gift box, polishing cloth and a jewelry pouch for safekeeping.

F. Special Terms & Conditions

PRICE ADJUSTMENT DESCLAMER:

Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.
